If there really IS a Drain, OR, then your made up headline might be pretty accurate right now. They are having horrible flooding up there.

Yes, there really is a Drain, Oregon, just off I-5 . It's on Google maps.

Most of Oregon's not as bad as the hyperbolic news people say, but the coast IS taking a beating. I'm in Oregon, and it's just raining here, nothing more.
