A phirst grader's class assignment -- phind words with "ch" in the middle. Some we phound:

Archery
Anchovy
Parchment
Sachem

I offered "inchoate" but there was much protesting. Any others, less controversial?

PS: No compound phorms like "inched"

plus a bunch of words related to the Italian:

How about autochthonous? But I guess you want it pronounced /tS/ not /x/ ~ /k/.
