zmježdochobo kuchi
The Web is all a-twitter about a burger chain in Japan providing "liberation wrappers" so woman can eat a hamburger and get around the cultural constraints of
ochobo kuchi おちょぼ口 'puckered up mouth, button of a mouth' (
link). A couple of comments. The Japanese dictionaries I looked at had the the complete phrase as ochobo kuchi, but all the stories had just ochobo. Fair enough things often get truncated. Then was the translation. All the stories (possibly from one source) had the phrase glossed as '(having) a small and modest mouth'.

GeoffSo these burger-biting babes do NOT want to seem modest? Hmmmm...

おちょぼ口
Yes, when I looked it up it was translated as "puckered lips." Interestingly, we in the U.S. see beauty in bigger
lips , rather than with thin, small lips/mouths.
