I heard a good presentation today about a virtual reality site called Second Life, which I plan to investigate. The presenters were talking about the challenges in using it for nursing education (of which there are many!), and one problem was "griefers." These are people who come to the site merely to cause trouble. Is there a difference between a "griefer" and a "troll?"

a griefer is (originally) an online gaming version of a troll. wider usage became inevitable.
