there's got to be more to this than just playing off the last letter.. doesn't there?

and, why the throat-clearing about HOWDY DOODY?

and, why, oh why, didn't the identical entry (on the same page even - this was in Names IV I think), EDWARD SCISSORSHANDS, warrant any comment?!

Sorry to disappoint you. But, that's all it is. Just a mindless little game. I have no idea why Edward Scissorhands was used twice. Sometimes folks don't scroll and sometimes we're absentminded and sometimes both.
