Sitting on my hard drive there are almost four thousand poems that I have written over the years. A handful have been published or performed but the very large majority have never been seen or heard by anyone but me. I have spent the last hour or so looking at them and some of them are actually very good. So,I have had an idea that I would like to canvass opinions on. Would anybody here be interested if I reactivated my long defunct YouTube channel (or created a new one) and posted regular short (5 - 10 minutes) videos of me reading some of them with short introductions where necessary. If even a few people would be interested I'll give it a try but if there's no interest it probably wouldn't be worth it. So, consider your opinion canvassed. What do people think? I had no idea that you've written 4,000 poems! That is pretty amazing. I do enjoy listening to them being read, though it must take you a lot of time. I especially liked your dieting one...

Love your poems, Bob. I still have the ones you brought Shu and me. Are you still on OEDILF? There are only so many hours in the day, so I haven't been there in a long time. I kinda miss it.

Five more poems At this rate we should get all 4000 done before I'm ninety. Always assuming I don't write any more. Anyway this batch includes Zoetrope The Romans And Us SS Great Britain The Devil You Know The Last Poem Actually people here have seen The Last Poem before. It was once the subject of a "discussion" with someone who insisted that it isn't a poem because it doesn't rhyme. And yes, it is meant to end as it ends on this video. It's not a mistake.
