bethree5If anyone tried such subtle moves on the Garden State Pkwy he'd be muscled to the shoulder. We have turf-y road hogs, no chiselers.

BobHaleIt is a little old fashioned but in the Uk it means someone who cheats people out of their money.

GeoffI've only known it to mean a cheat. Some states require drivers to admit entering traffic, but one at a time. What's NJ say? One of the few civilized things about Indiana is that drivers DO admit entering traffic for the most part. But, pedestrians BEWARE!
