Hi Folks,

The place I have chosen is for the next limerick game is a little country Victorian town on the edge of Lake Eildon, called Bonnie Doon. It was made famous in a classic little Aussie film called "The Castle". I don't know how widely outside of Australia this film was distributed but if you can't borrow it at your local Video Store, you can probably download it online. The movie is an absolute hoot with a universal theme about the little man standing up for his rights against corporate greed. It has some classic lines that if you watch it, you'll never forget like, " That's goin' straight to the Pool Room " and "Tell 'im 'e's dreamin'". The thing that it is emphasised about Bonnie Doon in the movie is its "serenity".

I found twelve clips from the movie on YouTube. From what I saw, and from reviews, it apparently is a very funny movie. Especially when the father declares his notion of "serenity" is racing with the motor at full throttle on the lake.

I meant to work on one but got sidetracked pushing Oracle across the finish line.

Still just the two entries received so far. You only have to get a couple of rhymes for Doon, and there's a plethora of them.
