Hab,
Are you playing with yourself?

Because I don't see anybody else around..

He is having fun, though, isn't he? When Hab gets into one of these moods, I just can't follow him at all!

3) PPS Now I do. Maybe some quirk in the logon process.

On my iMac I can read the icons better - the blue isn't as dark, I guess - but when I put the cursor over the icon it (the icon) gets too dark to see any detail. Help balloons don't appear on my Mac, either.

haberdasher no fair, that's medical jargon!it's
decubiti, also known as bedsores or pressure sores.
Puerto Rico is a board game, not a word game. Here's one
review of it and another for the
Deutschsprechers among us (its designer is German). It's complicated in detail but simple in concept; the third player last weekend was my five-year-old granddaughter, and except for attention-span problems she did just fine! So don't let the fact that it isn't a word game deter you from trying it if the opportunity strikes. (It was also the title story in GAMES Magazine, August 2003 issue.)

KallehHab, that game sounds great, but I can't imagine a 5-year-old playing it!
Ah, you are getting back at me for using medical jargon, aren't you? I can't get it, and it is short! Sorry about the medical jargon. To me it seems like a perfectly common word, but then I remembered that thread awhile ago discussing "decubitus," "asthenic," and a few other words. I was surprised that people hadn't heard of them.

haberdasher goofed again (abashed-e)
Oops. I forgot which thread I was in :-( That wasn't a Jumble at all, but a Six-Letters continuation. To make a Jumble out of it we'll have to pretend I made a typographical error and hit the B key when I really meant to hit an N. (They _are_ adjacent, you know...) That would make it
