No, not as such.. It means that the site is potentially easier for hackers to hack.

Yes, this is an HTTPS problem, and not a security problem. One of our links is broken. You are right; this happened before as well. We have asked our platform administrators to fix it, once again. So sorry for the inconvenience.

Mine now shows the https lock symbol so they must have switched from http to https.
