That can't be right Geoff. I heard someone from America (I wonder who it could have been ) repeatedly describe Putin's attack on Ukraine as "very savvy" and "genius". Whoever it was ( ) seemed to consider it as just a rather aggressive real estate deal. Now, if I could just remember the fellow's name... he was appearing on Fox News if that helps.
