I love quiz shows...

Watching "Pointless" again. Remember this is a "we asked 100 members of the public" style quiz show. The round was "Anagrams of names of TV panel shows". One of the questions was "IQ". There is literally only one possible answer. Apparently ten members of the public got it wrong! How?
