Another "hmmm" moment
In one of the facebook groups that I follow (it's about teaching) someone recently linked to an infographic describing "35 Habits of the Most Effective People".

One of them was "Do not answer the phone unless it is an emergency."

I can't help noticing a small logical problem there.

Other mind-boggling bad advice included

"If you can't understand what an email asks, don't answer it." (Hmmmm, seeking clarification might be a better idea, in my opinion.)

Always carry an "all-occasion" outfit with you.

Start work before you are ready.

Assume that you are right, when in doubt.

Do not attend meetings unless they are decisive. (Same logical problem there.)

It includes the mutually incompatible "eat healthy food" and "get delivery [of fast food] to save time".

and

Decide on the outcome before starting.

Oh, my. No wonder we are where we are today.

Always carry an "all-occasion" outfit with you? You're supposed to carry clothes with you all day?

I do follow one of them, however. I always assume I am right when I am in doubt. Wink
