Excellent stuff. Have you noticed how some poems and songs are so perfectly constructed that they just beg for endless variations on the theme? And that would included just about everything by Gilbert and Sullivan. (As well as, of course, the million and one variations on Jabberwocky.)

I know what you mean, Bob. I was thinking about that with the Beethoven Google today. Think of how many concerts or ads or movies, etc., use Beethoven's pieces still today.
