BobHaleExtirpation
Today's episode of the excellent "Skin Horse" strip.
http://www.webcomicsnation.com/shaenongarrity/skinhorse...chapter=34218#131453Of course "extirpation" doesn't involve walnuts. Does it?

tinmanYou asked for it.
Fossil remains of the Walnut family (Juglandaceae) from the Eocene fossil forests of Axel Heiberg Island, Canadian High Arctic.
"Climatic deterioration since the Eocene led to extirpation of the Juglandaceae from the far north until ultimately forests were entirely excluded from the polar regions and replaced by arctic tundra".
Of course, that has nothing to do with the comic strip.
