I was going over a submission for Continued Education Units (CEUs), and in the outline the presenter has, "A. Cosmology experience for regulators"

Am I missing something? Doesn't "cosmology" pertain to the origin of the universe? Is this word now being used more generically?

Maybe they want to regulate the universe. After all, it's so inconvenient in many ways right now - rain coming whenever it wants; winter coming every year; days too short - we certainly could do with a bit of regulation!
