It can't have escaped anyone's notice that I'm suffering big problems with my access to the board. My access is intermittent and the problem seems to lie with some kind of incompatibility between my ISP and the Eve software that powers the board.

Tomorrow I'm hoping to present all the evidence to my ISP but I'm not holding my breath as whenever there are incompatibility issues they are usually hard to sort out. This is what has already happened with my access to the chatroom.

So, in the meantime I will contribute as much as I possibly can here. I can usually start new threads but can't always see them when I've started them. The threads that I can see vary on a daily, even hourly basis.

Bottom line: DON'T POST ANYTHING here or in PMs that you think I need to see urgently. Use my email. Also don't assume that I am going to see and be able to reply to your replies. I will do everything in my power to get the access back and I will contribute as much as I can as and when my access is available.

I may not even be able to see this once I hit send. Which is now...
