A percentage of the population, based on broadband access per capita. So 14.6% of the UK population has broadband.

Is that all? Everyone I know, apart from Bob, who has a computer is on broadband. And high-speed broadband too. I appreciate I don't know millios of people, but it still seems an amazingly small figure to me.

I was surprised too. Unusually the data are not dated and it may be that they are a couple of years old. The Broadband explosion really didn't happen here until a couple of years ago.

I can't check with Point Topic directly as I'm not registered with them.
