Ben Zimmer, a linguist and a lexicographer, has a great post on Language Log about the word, twerk, making it into the Oxford Dictionary Online (which is not the same thing he reminds us as the OED). I just must find the Sarh Silverman sketch he mentions. To the you tubes!

Ah - by their explanation of the difference between the OED and the ODO, I'd think the e-word would belong in the OED. Go figure. I think the complaints of a "youth bias" in the ODO are too funny! Big Grin

Twerk is a great word, though!

Language Log had this slightly off-point cartoon. Scroll down.

Give a man a fish and he can eat for one day; give a man a fishing pole and he will find an excuse to never work again.
