This was in the Tribune today. It is related to a Chicago public school being sued for discriminating against pregnant teachers. However, I just love the wording.

You definitely could take "because of their sex (pregnancies)" two ways.

Sometimes there is a case to be made for using the word "gender."

KallehI think the "pregnancies" in parentheses is the funniest part. I mean really - they had to explain that?
