This was in the Tribune today. It is related to a Chicago public school being sued for discriminating against pregnant teachers. However, I just love the wording. You definitely could take "because of their sex (pregnancies)" two ways. Sometimes there is a case to be made for using the word "gender." | ||

Hmmmmm... Perhaps the pregnantor could assume the duties of the pregnantee? | |||
