Today’s Wall Street Journal tells us of claims that “Prince Charles’s charity offered a Saudi national help to obtain honors in return for donations. …[His office] has said he had no knowledge of the alleged offer of honors.”

Could this perhaps be a case of sexual harassment? Which was it: was he on her, or off her?
