Since "non compos mentis" got such a vigorous response (well, that's one way of putting it...) how about trying another seed:

Here today, gone tomorrow.

There's Bugs Bunny's exit line - "Hare today, gone tomorrow."

the barbers advert: "Hair today, gone tomorrow."

the bride's calendar: "Hair today, gown tomorrow."
(Or was that "Hair today, gone to marry"?)

The student riding to school: Mare today, goin' to Harrow.

You see what I mean. Take it away, folks!

I saw a hand-lettered sign at the U.S. Navy Receiving Station, San Francisco, as I was preparing to depart for a year-long assignment on the southernmost of the Marianas Islands, "Here today, Guam tomorrow."

How's this? I live in Cumming, GA ( we've heard all the jokes!) South of Atlanta is a city called Morrow, GA.

"I'm coming to Cumming today; I'm going to Morrow tomorrow!"

And to comment on Kalleh's phrase:
Hear today; hearing aids tomorrow.

I'm surprised J.T. didn't supply the commonly heard (in his state, anyway) "Not here today, gone to Maui."

Then again there's always "Keir Dullea, gone tommorow" though this one is helped immesurably if you hum "Thus Spake Zarathustra" to yourself in the background. And, as a hint within a hint, this one will undoubtedly go over the heads of anyone not alive during 2001.

(My mind is going.......

I can feel it......

Stop, Dave...............

Ah, they don't write dialog that that anymore!
