in medicine, if there's fluid around the lungs (let's say) it usually sinks to the lowest part. If instead it is gathered into discrete walled-off collections, it's called "loculated." (locus - a place; locule - a little place; loculated - in a little place)
If there are exactly three such accumulations, you could say the fluid was TRILOCULAR...
