I've let this go for a long time. I suspect most of you know the correct defintion - which surprises me - but I'll go ahead and post the daffynitions anyway. 1. A condition wherein the tibia exerts undue pressure on the fibula, resulting in pronation. 2. A high alpine mountain valley. 3. a geological feature of dry, arroyo-rich flatlands, consisting of a row of boulders and smaller rocks strewn together by flash floods. 4. An Arabic gold coin. 5. A Portuguese sailor; originally a galley slave, but since extended to sailors in general. 6. Patagonian for "lariat." 7. What Indians call a pregnant elephant. 8. An antique musical instrument, similar to a clarinet, with ivory bands and ten brass keys. 9. A type of mud flow or debris flow composed of a slurry of pyroclastic material, rocky debris, and water. 10. An adhesive made from blood. Cast your vote right here - no polls allowed! | |||
