I see that the President's lawyers say they will sue CNN for not being a proper news network because they are so mean to him. As a Brit I'd suggest CNN take the approach in the famous Arkell v Pressdram case. I've mentioned it before but if you weren't around or can't remember try googling it. I suspect the outcome would be similar.
