"Ministers have reportedly been warned that modelling shows a reasonable worst case scenario of major gas shortages later this year..." Surely a worst case scenario is a worst case scenario? If you can have a reasonable one then you can have an unreasonable which would be worse so that the reasonable worst case scenario wouldn't be a worst case scenario after all. This combination of words puzzles me.
