Very interesting. I assume this is the language. This site has sound files of Andamanese. I have to say tho, that this quote makes no sense to me:

It's silly, I agree, but what Professor Abbi probably means is that the ancestors of present-day Andamanese were living in Bengal before the arrival of Indic speakers. They were aborigines. Of course, if you trace us back far enough, we are all Africans, though that word is of relatively recent origin. —Ceci n'est pas un seing. | |||
