I have recently been listening to a number of Sherlock Holmes audio stories made in South Africa and starring Graham Armitage as Holmes. Twice now a character has been described as wearing a "Prince Albert". It's made me chuckle - especially as I didn't realise that it was also a type of coat.
(If unsure of why it made me chuckle, I suggest you google it.)
"No man but a blockhead ever wrote except for money." Samuel Johnson.
BTW, Bill Clinton and I must think alike because I completely understood what he meant by that statement (being a literalist and all), though I know most thought he was just being ridiculous.
