Only the MID-thirties? Since body temperature is 37C, I'd think it made it to the upper 30s.

90 F == 32.2 C
95 F == 35 C
100 F == 37.7 C

OK, I know it made it over a 100/38 at least once while I was in London. That was the day a train stalled in the tube and passengers tried to kick out the windows. It was off the top of my head, I should've used a calculator, but as I was just reminiscing, it couldn't be that accurate. Best to look it up. See here, look for the section on maximum temperatures over 30 C.
