From a newspaper item about a report on electronic cigarettes. "The report calls for tougher regulation and measures including a ban on the sale of the electrical devices to minors, warning they pose a "serious threat" to foetuses and youths." Babies and toddlers are OK to carry on using them then. "No man but a blockhead ever wrote except for money." Samuel Johnson.

I'd think that amniotic fluid would either extinguish them or short-circuit them, so how's a foetus going to smoke one? Seriously, though, I suspect that the life-long asthma and attention deficit disorder with which I'm afflicted can be attributed to my mother's being a very heavy smoker. Thanks, Mom.
