A colleague asked me if I could recommend some books about how to teach English. I recommended the excellent series by Scott Thornbury but they don't appear to be available on download so he can't get them in China. I decided to look for any books available on download or Kindle but didn't find any that I was familiar with to recommend.
However when searching for "How to Teach English" in Amazon it did recommend this.

Now that could be a challenge.
