Possibly the most surreal closed captions ever
I've just been watching the TV adaption of Terry Pratchett's Hogfather. Right near the end I accidentally turned on the closed captions. This is a sample of what I saw. (Actual dialogue followed by caption in brackets.)

There's a rocking horse in the window. (Mocking walsh in the window.)

That's a special order I made for Lord Rodney. (That's a special order I made full lowell much wood)

No, I will take it as it is. (No I moved to a cute as you.)

His nose frozen to the window. (His nose rose to the window.)

Happy Hogswatch sir. (Huang happy hump much.)

That is funny, Goofy! I have not seen a movie with subtitles in awhile.

Some years ago on this site I mentioned what fun it is to run stuff through several different translations and watch the transformation. It's often great fun. Well, for me... Roll Eyes

We should start a game on that, Geoff! I think it's fun, too.
