I used to teach a course on physiological psychological changes across the lifespan. Surely there is much research on people who keep mentally active being able to escape some of the brain deterioration that occurs with aging. Also, when talking about middle age, which many references defined as between 45 and 65, there are many examples of increased creativity and productivity during that time of life. It's an interesting subject to study. | |||
