A week before Bush and Blair let slip the dogs of war, New Your Times columnist Thomas Friedman gave a speech wherein he used the phrase, "Tikkan Olam." It's a Hebrew term meaning something similar to "Repair of the world." Are any of you familiar with this concept in more depth?
