I'm dimly aware of Cockney rhyming slang -- but is there also Australian rhyming slang? All I know of it is a short note that claims it exists, and includes four examples:

• aristotle - a bottle
• Joe Blake - a snake
• jimmygrant - an immigrant
• molly the monk - a drunk

Can anyone tell me more?
