The latest Twitter-related fuss in Britain is about a Tweet made by Gemma Worrall, a 20-year-old British girl, who wrote:

There are two obvious blunders here. First is the egregious spelling of Barrack Obama's name; she blames her iPhone's auto-correct but a journalist entered his correctly-spelled name in her own phone and it was left untouched. However, entering "barraco barner" caused it to be corrected to the right spelling.
Second is the assumption that Obama is "our" president. By her own admission, Gemma is not interested in politics (I'd never have guessed). From what she said to a journalist, Gemma was unable to sleep and turned on the TV and watched the news, something she doesn't normally do. Vaguely troubled by what she'd seen she sent off her Tweet and forgot about it.
