The latest bid is £550 as I write, and although I believe the Ford Escort Mexico was quite "cool" when it came out 30 years ago, I can't imagine why anyone would want to pay that much for one in that condition now. However, I'm probably wrong, especially as I see that the reserve hasn't been reached yet.
