I just learned a new meaning for cutlets. It seems that "natural-feel silicone inserts can be tucked into your bra or swimsuit for a little pick-me-up when you need one". See here. Another source calls them explants because they "are made from the same material as breast implants, but you only insert them in your bra or swimsuit".

Cutlets? More like Cuplets. Or even Cupcakes. I believe the German is Keepzemschtickenouter.

Breaded veal cutlets are Wienerschnitzel. Maybe the cutlets here being discussed are Wienerschnipel.

I would think more like wienerkatchers.

I recall that reporting of Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" over here caused much amusement over here partly because of the reference to the nipple shield, or "pasty". To most of us a pasty is a sort of pie, usually containing beef, potato, and onion, associated with Cornwall. Is nothing sacred? Build a man a fire and he's warm for a day. Set a man on fire and he's warm for the rest of his life.
