My faves: doulocracy 'slaves', ochlocracy 'mob', and thalassocracy'sea; navy'.

Ending in -archy: monarchy 'one', oligarchy 'few', duarchy 'two', triarchy 'three', tetrarchy 'four', pentarchy 'five', hexarchy 'six', septarchy 'seven', octarchy 'eight', gynarchy 'women', heresiarchyn 'heretics', and hierarchy 'priests'.

Then there's gerontocracy, "rule by the old". It's often used to describe the Chinese government.
