Ending in - archy:  monarchy 'one',  oligarchy 'few',  duarchy 'two',  triarchy 'three',  tetrarchy 'four',  pentarchy 'five',  hexarchy 'six',  septarchy 'seven',  octarchy 'eight',  gynarchy 'women',  heresiarchyn 'heretics', and  hierarchy 'priests'.

  | Then there's  gerontocracy, "rule by the old". It's often used to describe the Chinese government.
