The Spangish thread has led me to wonder whether Ladino, the mixed Spanish/Hebrew language of Sephardic Jews, is still spoken by a significant number of people. Anybody know?

If I'm not mistaken, Ladino is alive and well in parts of Caribbean South America, particularly in places like Curacao and Aruba.
