We have the terms anglophile and anglophobe. As far as I know there are no terms for those who love, and those who despise, things relating to the US. Yet I'd think that the US-lovers and -haters are more numerous, and terms for them would be useful.

Any thoughts?

I thought this question looked familiar. I liked Jheem's terms for them: yankophile and yankophobe.
