I read this in today's newspaper:
"Once you've done your best to "Swiffer" that situation, please take a close look at your own life and marriage."
Now, I couldn't find "Swiffer" in dictionary.com or onelook. However, when I went to Google, I see that it is used to
dust. That context seems correct. Have any of you seen this word used like this?

Graham NiceI think we can buy Swiffers in our UK supermarkets - they are disposable cloths for dusting. Will this be an example of a trade-name joining the language?
