Just drove home behind a bus with a large advert for a martial arts school on the back. It said Adults' and Children's Beginners Classes Well done on the apostrophes for Adults' and Children's but shouldn't there be one in Beginners too? "No man but a blockhead ever wrote except for money." Samuel Johnson.

I suppose that depends on whether they are classes for beginners or whether beginners is the type of class (beginners being an adjective in that instance.) Richard English

I would have said "Beginner" classes.

I would have misread it as "marital arts" and been utterly confused, apostrophes or no.

I think it's an adjective and deserves no apostrophe.
