Hi, noco, and welcome! They are French. As you have guessed, "une" (or its masculine form, "un") means "one" and "deux" means "two". Since "part" is English, it seems a little precious to use some English and some French in the same sentence, although there could be a good reason for it, I suppose. A little precious, huh arnie? Well, I guess you missed the great classic movie, "Hotshots, Part Deux!" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0107144/ It's even got Rowan Atkinson! Wowie!!! Good to have fresh blood, Noco! Welcome to the asylum!

True. Since the movie is a apparently a parody, perhaps the titles seen by noco are parodies of the parody. Or perhaps the Hotshots! movie is a parody of noco's originals? Build a man a fire and he's warm for a day. Set a man on fire and he's warm for the rest of his life.
