I know what a foot-pound is, but what on earth is a pound-foot, as in

...all new 2.4 L Ecotec four-cylinder...variable valve timing...167 horsepower and 162 pounds-feet of torque

They just want to put their best foot ...backwards. Since it's multiplication, the terms are reversible, as in this case.
