As there was Homer's rosy-fingered dawn, there is Mary Poppins' parrot-headed umbrella. (see "epithet")

If you google "PARROT-HEADED UMBRELLA" there are about 500 gHits.

"PARROT-HANDLED UMBRELLA" has only about 70.

One word, not two? Capitalized, or lower case?

(Just checking. Too many Js and Ks and Ws. It looks formidable at first glance. Slavic, maybe. R.WOJAPRSCKA. C.R.J.PRAWAKOS. Or even Indian - C.K.SPROWAJAR. Or distorted Lewis Carroll: R'S "JAPARWOCK" )

...and speaking of that entry of 5/19/04, I note that a)you posted "LEAP TREE SCN" next and couldn't remember what it was afterwards, and b) arnie posted it again on 4/22/06. Both are in earlier threads of Jumbl*whatever. Great minds think alike, I see.

The original reference to KHC's presentation of "pearlescent" was here - see the 5/19/04 entry if it doesn't come up automatically.

And arnie's was here.
