To be fair, The Ballpark opened in April, and nobody predicted that, just three months later, it would be July. This was before teams had analytics departments."

Therefore, for a tiny dollar amount (only $1 Billion!) in 2021 The Ballpark in Arlington will be replaced by a new park with a retractable roof.

Wouldn't an enclosed stadium with AC be cheaper? Sliding roofs are costly.
