It seems that the recent hiring of a coach for the Canadienes (a hockey team, for those non-sports oriented people) has irritated the Quebec government. The coach does not speak French. I'll clue the Quebec government...we have many basketball and baseball players who speak very limited English.

What are "Habs?" What about the so-called Boston Celtics? Not too many Celtic types on their team. And why does the Indiana college called "Notre Dame" (French name) call themselves "The Fighting Irish?" It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. -J. And how come no one complained about the Communist baseball teams, the Cincinnati Reds and the Boston Red Sox?

And Americans complain that the government gets too involved in our lives. They have no idea what happens in other countries! Some Canadian nurses aren't too happy there, either, as some Canadian nurse regulators have decided to use the American nurse licensure exam for new graduate nurses, giving up the Canadian Nurse's Association's exam.
